The free desktop wallpaper for February shows Pha That Luang, one of Laos’ most iconic landmarks. This shot was taken first thing in the morning and you can see how the early-morning sun is illuminating the golden stupa, making it look almost like a butter sculpture. Having been destroyed and re-built several times, the stupa is less than one hundred years old but is still the landmark most regularly associated with Laos.
