It’s always a pleasure to spend a few minutes chatting with Matt Brandon, even more so when we’re talking about our plans for the Thaipusam Photo Workshop, which we’re hosting in Penang, Malaysia in February, 2012.

I’m looking forward to this workshop very much. Matt and I have already discussed the format and how we’re going to structure the content. Participants will have an opportunity to create a body of work and we’ll be encouraging photographers to explore their creativity and to explore their own particular style of photography.
Our aim is to provide structure, to offer guidance and to provide an environment where participants will feel confident to share their successes and failures and, above all, to create a workshop where we can all learn as much as possible. And no doubt we’ll have plenty of fun along the way.
