Thaipusam Photo Workshop – UPDATE

Further to my earlier post, below. I’m excited, delighted and just about tickled pink to add the lovely people at X-Rite to our growing list of Thaipusam Photo Workshop sponsors.

Not only are the X-Rite staff all wildly attractive, witty and intelligent, they are the people responsible for ensuring that photographers the world over are able to work in a carefully colour-managed environment. If X-Rite didn’t make such wonderful colour-management tools then processing images with any degree of accuracy would be nearly impossible.

Other than cameras and lenses, the most valuable piece of kit in my camera bag is my ColorChecker Passport, which allows me to record White Balance accurately on-location and which provides me with a customised colour profile for every camera in every light condition. Priceless.

X-Rite have kindly sent me a ColorMunki calibration device and a ColorChecker Passport, which, unselfishly, I’m giving away – possibly to you.
