I hope that you will enjoy your Bangkok Insider tour. I make every effort to ensure that workshops run smoothly but I ask you to appreciate that the workshop itinerary is necessarily flexible. Locations and timings may vary depending upon prevailing local conditions. The following terms and conditions should cover most potential situations but please feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions or comments.
The following terms and conditions apply to Gavin Gough’s “Bangkok Insider” half-day and full-day photo tours.
A deposit payment of 50% of the total cost is payable upon booking.
A PayPal invoice will be issued upon receipt of your booking.
Deposit payments may be made either via PayPal or by bank transfer in UK£ or Thai Baht.
Please contact Gavin Gough for bank details if you wish to make a bank transfer.
Final payment of the remaining 50% is payable in cash on the day of the tour in any of the following currencies: US$, UK£, Thai Baht.
All prices are based on the prevailing currency exchange rates at the time of booking.
- Inclusions and exclusions:
All transport costs are included in the price of the tour.
The tour price does not include meals or beverages or other refreshments.
For client cancellations more than 14 days before the booked tour date: Full refund less 10% administration fee.
For client cancellations less than 14 days before the booked tour date: Deposit forfeited.
Notification of cancellation by either e-mail or phone is acceptable but must be followed by written confirmation.
In the unlikely event that Gavin Gough is forced to cancel a tour, as much notice as possible will be given and a full and immediate refund of the deposit will be made via PayPal.
- Liability Waiver:
Participants will be required to sign a Liability Waiver form before the tour commences.
(Clients may download, print and sign the waiver, bringing it with them on the day)
Gavin Gough and his agents and representatives accept no responsibility for loss, damage, theft or injury to person or property resulting from the actions of Gavin Gough, his agents or any persons who provide services for the tour.
Camera equipment and other possessions remain the responsibility of the owner at all times.
Gavin Gough reserves the right to withdraw or conclude the tour at any time or to decline any person as a member of the tour at any time, for any reason.
It is the responsibility of the client to inform Gavin Gough of any potential health issues at the time of booking. Agreement of these terms and conditions indicates that you certify that you do not have any physical or other conditions that may hinder your participation in the tour or which might present a potential risk to yourself, the tour organiser or other tour participants.
It is strongly recommended that participants have a comprehensive travel insurance policy, including cancellation cover, in place for the duration of the tour.
Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
